It is with great pride that we are accompanied by like minds, like yours, as we move forth in this process of providing an education that empowers our future generations and prepares them to make important decisions that will ultimately affect all of our lives.

$21.5 million is needed to build the Phillip C. Shynett Academy, an educational facility for grades PK3 – 12 and the first LEED Platinum school in Texas.

PhillipCares Foundation, Inc. will host its inaugural “A Legacy of Excellence” Gala on Saturday, November 14, 2009, to support our educational and youth support  programs.

Plans, analyzes, and makes recommendations concerning education policies to Headquarters and surrogates for the Secretary of the u.S. Department of Education.  Dr. Crisp has worked for the Federal government for 21 years. Before joining the Office of Communication and Outreach she was an Instructional review Specialist with the region VI Case Management Office. She is an excellent communicator and brings a wealth of Federal Student aid knowledge to her  public affairs position.
